📢 Important Update for Univad Students

We’re aware of a system issue that has mistakenly marked some programmes as completed, moving them from the Active section to the Completed section. Our engineering team is actively working on a fix to restore affected programmes.

In the meantime, you can continue accessing your courses from the Completed section—all lectures, materials, and progress tracking remain intact, so your learning experience is not disrupted.

We understand this may be concerning, and we appreciate your patience. Our commitment to your academic success remains strong, and we’ll keep you updated as we resolve the issue.

Thank you for being part of Univad. 🚀

Hello Damilare.

It's been 2 months since this post was made, and much more it's been 5 months since i have not been able to continue my course with Univad. My admission status is supposed to expire by august or thereabout. How am i supposed to cover 3 modules in that little time? Or perhaps this issue isn't being resolved at all?

Need help with my course

Hello

I am currently enrolled in the User Experience course and it's been a smooth journey so far, not until i had to pause for a while. I had only finished the first course with 3 more courses to go. Right now all my courses have been moved to the completed folder even though i haven't finished them. I have tried contacting support via mail and direct message but i haven't gotten any response so far. Is this a peculiar issue? Does anyone have any idea what could ve done to fix this? Thank you.

Reflecting on My Network Security Journey

As I wrap up Course 3: Network Security, I can say it’s been a challenging but rewarding experience. One of the tougher concepts for me was understanding firewalls and how they work in different setups. It was tricky to figure out the differences between packet filtering, stateful, and application-layer firewalls at first. What really helped was rewatching the videos, taking notes, and using examples from real-world scenarios to make the concepts stick. The practice quizzes also gave me a chance to clear up any confusion.

Moving forward, I want to explore intrusion detection systems like Snort and get a deeper understanding of how they help secure networks. I’m also interested in learning more about network segmentation and how zero-trust security models are implemented. This course gave me a great foundation, and I’m excited to keep building on it.
