How can I find Univad courses I'm enrolled in
Once you’re enrolled in a course, you’ll be able to see your courses and certificate programmes by following these steps;
Click on your profile
Click on My Courses
You will see both Active and Ended Courses
Go to the course or programme you want to view and click on View Programme
If you enroll in a Certificate programme, you'll see all courses in the Certificate on your Univad My Courses page even if you haven't enrolled in or paid for them.
What happens when my Univad Payment Expires?
After completing a paid course, you won’t have access to the course’s paid content after that payment expires. You’ll retain access to the free version of the course, which includes downloading videos and transcripts.
After completing a free course, you’ll have access to the same course content that you did during the course.
What happens when I want to retake a course
If you need to retake a course, any progress you've made carries over. You can’t reset progress in a course, but some quizzes and assignments will allow you to retake them. We’ll save your highest grade.
If you have an issue with a grade on an assignment you can’t retake, reach out to us to request an override.
If you decide not to finish a course, you can unenroll.
To unenroll from a course:
Log into your Univad account.
Go to My Courses.
Open the course you want to unenroll from.
Click the three dots to open the menu.
Choose to Leave this programme.
On the pop-up, click Leave Programme.
When you unenroll from a course
If you have subscribed, your subscription will not be cancelled when you unenroll. You’ll need to cancel your subscription if you want monthly payments to stop.
If you paid for the course, you may be able to request a refund (T&C).
You'll lose access to any assignments you submit.
You won't be able to see any feedback or grades in that course.
Your personalized deadlines will disappear. If you re-enrol in the course, you'll get new personalised deadlines based on the day you re-enrol.
You won't be able to unenroll from a course if:
You already completed the course and earned a Course Certificate, but you will be able to Leave the Programme
You paid for the course and are no longer eligible for a refund
You applied for financial aid more than two weeks ago
You signed up for the course on Univad's old platform
You can enroll in a Certificate from the information page for that Certificate. You can also enroll in a Certificate from the course page for any course in the Specialisation.

Click Enroll
Choose the payment options you want
If you're enrolling through a Certificate landing page, you may see different enrollment options

a blue circle around a step means you've completed it
a blue selected banner around a step means you haven't completed it
a unhiglighted circle around a step means it's the first uncompleted step of the week
[Image descriptor: The above image shows a view of course step titles with the first 2 steps ticked in blue to denote completion. The third step is selected blue banner to denote that it's the next uncompleted step. The final three steps are unhighlighted to show they are not yet completed.]
