We intend to host the first Univad Graduation ceremony on Saturday, December 14th, 2024 in Lagos, Nigeria. The exact venue of the event will be updated soon.

You must have cleared all your programme-related fees with Edcent (it is your responsibility to do this), and your name must appear on our approved pass list.

Edcent admission terms stipulate that a qualification cannot be awarded / conferred on any student who has study-related debts outstanding to the Institution (graduation fees).

You will not be able to graduate and attend the ceremony in 2024 if your programme completion has not been approved by Wednesday 20 March 2024 or if you are in debt to Edcent.

The Awards and Ceremonies Team will not action your registration request and your name will not appear in the graduation proceedings.

If you have successfully completed your studies but are in debt to Edcent, you will be invited to the next available ceremonies after you have cleared your debt.

If you have not completed your studies, or your award has not been approved by Wednesday 20 March 2024 you will be invited to attend the next available ceremonies.

Certificates and graduation documents are produced by the Diploma Production Office and should usually be despatched by post 1 month month after the confirmation of the graduate’s results.

You do not need to attend a graduation ceremony in order to graduate – these are celebratory events and if you have been awarded your certificate, you have officially graduated.

Upon graduation, you automatically become part of Univad alumni community, joining graduates from other countries. This comes with a range of benefits.

You can also access additional services via the Univad Alumni Portal. Note that access to the portal will change from ‘student’ to ‘alumni’ view once you have confirmation that you have completed your studies.

The Univad Careers Service offers careers and employability support to current students like you, whatever you may be studying, wherever you may be based and whatever your current level of careers experience.
