For applicants who are not immediately successful, the system now provides clearer guidance on why their application was denied, along with suggested next steps to improve their chances in future attempts.

Student support has also been improved. With recent upgrades, OrixAI now delivers faster, more precise responses, minimizing wait times and ensuring that students receive the help they need instantly. Instant Access to Student Portal and ID
Upon acceptance, students can now immediately access their student portal and student ID. This change eliminates the traditional waiting period, giving learners instant entry into the Univad ecosystem. With their portal and ID ready from day one, students can explore their courses, manage resources, and access community benefits without delay—making the transition from applicant to enrolled learner truly seamless.
